Canada Auto Group can provide you with a specifically designed financing program to fit your exact needs. Unlike banks, we can help you regardless

if you have good or bad credit.

When you work with us you will have direct access to our finance partners' departments that specialize in helping people with bad credit. This is how we have been able to play an key role in helping Canadians find all types of affordable vehicles.

What kind of information do you need from me?

We will only ask you for information necessary for us to help you get approved. By knowing your basic info and a few details about your financial circumstances, we can connect you with one of our partner's that will give you the best chance of getting approved for a vehicle.

How much money can I get pre-approved for?

The amount of money that you can get pre-approved for is determined by multiple components. Once you have applied, the specialist assigned to your account will reach out to you with you to help match you with the right vehicle that fits within your monthly budget.

How long does the process take?

Filling out an application will take approximately two minutes. You will then hear back from one of our dealership partners within 24 hours. If you have not heard from us within 48 hours, please contact us to address your account.

Are you a loan broker?

Not exactly. We link our customers with programs that assist people who are facing poor or no credit circumstances. This allows our customers to buy the vehicle they need, but our partner would be managing all areas of financing.

Can this help my credit?

While you should still verify with your finance provider, when you buy a vehicle your loan will be reported to the credit bureau. If all payments are made on time, it is possible that financing a vehicle can help repair your credit.

Where is your office located?

Our offices are located throughout Canada and we work with over 400 dealership locations from coast to coast. Our services are offered to every province and territory in Canada, and it is more than likely that we have partners located near you.

Do you take trade ins?

Yes. We are more than willing to work with you to accept your trade in, even if you do not own your vehicle out-right. In addition, many times we are able to help you use your trade in as a down payment to lower your monthly payments.

But I’ve been denied an auto loan before. Can you still help me?

Yes, definitely! We have couple options. First, we will locate a partner in your area that will be able to determine your approval options. You won't have to waste time searching for someone who will approve you. We'll find them for you.

Next, our partner will contact to let and advise you your options. As you never have an obligation to buy through us, you can then make an informed decision on moving forward with purchasing your vehicle. If you choose to purchase a vehicle, you are able to drive your new car off the lot that same day!

Yes, we have helped many Canadians who have experienced bankruptcy. Vehicles & Payment Details

Where can I view your vehicle inventory?

Our network includes hundreds of dealers from across the country. We are not able to provide you with a single inventory as our service is designed to match you with the auto dealer that can best meet your needs based on your budget, location, and the type of vehicle you are in the market for. Once we have connected you to a dealer, you will be able to view their inventory and find the vehicle that is best for you. We'd be more than happy to provide you with a sample inventory, however. Just contact us and we will provide you with a sample current inventory list.

What types of vehicles can you offer?

We offer every type of vehicle! You name it. Trucks, cars, SUVs, you name it.

What are the associated interest rates?

We do not maintain average interest rates because we our not providing a financing service. Usually, the interest rate will be determined the amount of money financed, the length of the term, and the exact approval details each individual qualifies for. The length of the term is typically up to you and how quickly you would like to pay off your loan.
